Sierra Maestra adalah sebuah rangkaian pegunungan yang membentang ke arah barat di sepanjang selatan Provinsi Oriente lama, tenggara Kuba. Sierra Maestra sendiri utamanya terletak di Provinsi Santiago de Cuba, sebuah bagian dari Provinsi Granma. Beberapa pemandangannya sebagai serangkaian dari rangkaian yang terhubung (Vela, Santa Catalina, Quemado Grande, Daña Mariana),[1] yang tergabung satu sama lain ke arah barat.[2][3][4][5][6] Sierra Maestra merupakan kawasan tertinggi di Kuba. Tempat tersebut kaya akan mineral, khususnya tembaga, mangan, kromium, dan besi. Memiliki tinggi 1,974 m (6,476 kaki), Pico Turquino adalah titik tertinggi dari rangkaian tersebut.
