Singa Marsupial (Thylacoleo carnifex, "singa marsupial kejam (atau 'pemotong daging')" dari thylakos - kantong, leo - songa, carnifex - pembunuh, penyiksa) adalah spesies mamalia marsupial karnivora yang telah punah yang hidup di Australia dari Pleistosen awal hingga akhir (1.6 juta–35 ribu tahun yang lalu).[1][2] Meskipun namanya tidak berhubungan dengan Singa namun daripada itu, seperti kebanyakan marsupialia yang masih hidup, hewan ini termasuk anggota ordo Diprotodontia.
