Takeshi Kaikō (開高 健 , Kaikō Takeshi, juga "Kaikō Ken", 30 Desember 1930 – 9 Desember 1989) adalah seorang novelis, penulis cerpen, esayis, kritikus sastra dan penulis dokumenter televisi asal Jepang. Ia adalah salah satu penulis Jepang paling populer pada akhir zaman Shōwa.
