Tobias Edward Heslewood Jones[1] (lahir 7 September 1966)[1] adalah aktor berkebangsaan Inggris. Setelah tampil melalui peran-perannya antara tahun 1992 dan 2005, Jones menggeliat kembali dengan tampil sebagai Truman Capote dalam film Biopik berjudul Infamous (2006). Setjak itu, dia bermain dalam beberapa film antara lain The Mist (2007), W. (2008), Frost/Nixon (2008), Captain America: The First Avenger (2011), Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy (2011), Berberian Sound Studio (2012), The Hunger Games (2012), Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014), dan Dad's Army (2016). Dia juga menjadi penyulih suara untuk karakter Dobby dalam film-film Harry Potter dan Aristides Silk dalam The Adventures of Tintin (2011).

Jones juga tampil di televisi untuk miniseri Titanic tahun 2012, Agent Carter, Wayward Pines dan Doctor Who. Dia dinominasikan dalam Golden Globe Award for Best Actor – Miniseries or Television Film karena perannya sebagai Alfred Hitchcock dalam The Girl (2012). Tahun 2017, dia berperan sebagai Culverton Smith dalam "The Lying Detective", sebuah film kriminal episode yang ditayangkan oleh kanal BBC berjudul Sherlock.

Jones lahir di Hammersmith, London,[1] putera dari aktor Jennifer (née Heslewood) dan Freddie Jones. Dia memiliki dua saudara laiki-laki, Rupert, seorang sutradara, dan Casper yang juga aktor.[2] Jones menempuh pendidikan di Christ Church Cathedral School dan Abingdon School di Oxfordshire dasawarsa 1980-an.
