Ulrike Marie Meinhof (7 Oktober 1934 – 9 Mei 1976) adalah seorang militan sayap kiri Jerman. Ia bekerjasama mendirikan Faksi Tentara Merah (Rote Armee Fraktion) pada 1970 setelah sebelumnya bekerja sebagai jurnalis untuk majalah sayap kiri bulanan konkret. Ia ditangkap pada 1972, dan kemudian didakwa atas sejumlah kasus pembunuhan dan pembentukan sebuah asosiasi kejahatan. Sebelum pengadilan dilakukan, Meinhof ditemukan gantung diri di sel penjaranya pada 1976.

Kehidupan awal

Ulrike Meinhof lahir pada 1934 di Oldenburg, Jerman. Pada 1936, keluarganya berpindah ke Jena ketika ayahnya, sejarawan seni Dr. Werner Meinhof, menjadi direktur museum kota tersebut. Ayahnya meninggal karena kanker pada 1940
