Yuri Ivanovich Nosenko (Bahasa Rusia: Юрий Иванович Носенко; Bahasa Ukraina: Юрій Іванович Носенко; 30 Oktober 1927 – 23 Agustus 2008) adalah seorang perwira KGB yang secara nominal membelot ke Amerika Serikat pada tahun 1964. Kontroversi muncul terkait apakah ia merupakan "tanaman" dari KGB, dan ia ditahan oleh CIA selama lebih dari tiga tahun sebelum akhirnya dianggap sebagai pemberontak sejati. Setelah pembebasannya, ia menjadi warga negara Amerika dan bekerja sebagai konsultan dan dosen untuk CIA.
