Perkosaan korektif adalah praktik pidana, di mana individu homoseksual, baik perempuan lesbian dan laki-laki gay, diperkosa oleh orang-orang dari lawan jenisnya, kadang-kadang di bawah pengawasan oleh anggota keluarga mereka atau masyarakat setempat, konon sebagai sarana untuk "menyembuhkan" mereka dari orientasi seksual mereka.
Istilah pemerkosaan korektif pertama kali digunakan pada awal 2000-an oleh organisasi hak asasi manusia non-pemerintah untuk menggambarkan perkosaan yang dilakukan terhadap kaum lesbian di Afrika Selatan. Serangan semacam ini berlangsung pada 2008 ketika Eudy Simelane, anggota tim nasional sepak bola wanita Afrika Selatan, dan seorang aktivis hak-hak LGBT yang vokal di Afrika Selatan diperkosa oleh sebuah geng dan dibunuh di KwaThema, Gauteng.
