Bamidele Jermaine Alli (lahir 11 April 1996), biasa dikenal sebagai Dele Alli, adalah seorang pemain sepak bola profesional asal Inggris yang bermain sebagai gelandang untuk klub Liga Primer Inggris, Everton.

Alli lahir dan dibesarkan di Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, ayahnya berasal dari suku Yoruba Nigeria bernama Kenny[5] dan ibunya bernama Denise asli Inggris.[6] Ia bersekolah di Stantonbury Campus[7] dan di The Radcliffe School, Wolverton.[8] Ia bergabung dengan tim remaja Milton Keynes Dons saat ia berusia 11 tahun.[9] Ia melakukan debut untuk tim utama saat berusia enam belas tahun pada 2 November 2012, datang sebagai pengganti Jay O'Shea di menit ke-64 dalam pertandingan yang berakhir imbang 0-0 dengan klub Liga Selatan Inggris, Cambridge City dalam ajang putara pertama Piala FA di Milton Road.[10] Gol pertamanya terjadi di pertandingan ulangan melawan Cambridge, sebelas hari kemudian, di mana ia mencetak gol dalam kemenangan 6-1 di Stadion mk, saat itu ia juga diturunkan sebagai starter untuk pertama kalinya.[11] Ia membuat debut liga dalam kekalahan 2-3 atas Coventry City di kandang sendiri pada 29 Desember, ia bermain selama 71 menit sebelum digantikan oleh Zeli Ismail.[12] Penampilan lain Alli di liga pada musim 2012-13, adalah saat ia datang sebagai pengganti pada babak kedua untuk Patrick Bamford di pertandingan terakhir musim tersebut, timnya menang 2-0 atas Stevenage di Broadhall Way.[13]
