Ioannes II Komnenos atau Comnenus (bahasa Yunani: Ιωάννης Β΄ Κομνηνός, Iōannēs II Komnēnos) (13 September 1087 – 8 April 1143) adalah seorang kaisar Bizantium dari tahun 1118 sampai tahun 1143. Ia adalah anak tertua dari kaisar Alexios I Komnenos dan Irene Doukaina.
