Utopia lesbian merujuk pada sebuah komunitas konseptual yang terdiri dari sepenuhnya wanita yang tidak tergantung apa pun pada pria.[1][2]
Konsep mengenai masyarakat yang semua perempuan disebutkan dalam mitologi Yunani melalui sebuah legenda para Amazon, sebuah bangsa yang terdiri dari semua prajurit wanita. Dalam legenda ini, setahun sekali para Amazon mengajak para Gargarea dan berjodoh dengan mereka.
