Lipoprotein lipase (bahasa Inggris: clearing factor lipase; diglyceride lipase; diacylglycerol lipase; postheparin esterase; diglyceride lipase; postheparin lipase; diacylglycerol hydrolase; lipemia-clearing factor, triacylglycero-protein acylhydrolase, LPL, EC 3.1.1.34) merupakan enzim jenis lipase yang mempercepat reaksi hidrolisis pada digliserida, dan trigliserida yang terdapat pada silomikron, LDL,[1] dan VLDL,[2] dengan apoC-II sebagai kofaktor.[3]
