Userkare (juga Woserkare, yang berarti "Kuat adalah jiwa Ra") merupakan Firaun kedua dari Dinasti keenam Mesir, yang memerintah sebentar, 1 sampai 5 tahun, pada akhir abad ke-24 sampai ke-23 SM. Hubungan Userkare dengan pendahulunya Teti dan penerus Pepi I Meryre tidak diketahui dan masa pemerintahannya tetap teka-teki. Meskipun ia dibuktikan di dalam sumber sejarah, Userkare sama sekali tidak ada di pemakaman para pejabat Mesir yang hidup di masa pemerintahannya. Selain itu, imam Mesir Manetho melaporkan bahwa pendahulu Userkare, Teti dibunuh dan Userkare sering dianggap sebagai perebut kekuasaan berumur pendek. Sebagai alternatif, ia mungkin menjadi seorang pemangku takhta selama masa bocah putra Teti yang kemudian naik takhta sebagai Pepi I.
