Bulacan merupakan sebuah provinsi di Filipina. Ibu kotanya ialah Malolos City. Letaknya di region Luzon Tengah. Provinsi ini memiliki luas wilayah 2.774,85 km² dengan memiliki jumlah penduduk 2.826.936 jiwa (2007). Provinsi ini memiliki angka kepadatan penduduk 1.019 jiwa/km².
