Rokurokubi (轆轤首 ) adalah yōkai dalam cerita rakyat Jepang. Pada siang hari mereka tampak seperti manusia biasa, tetapi di malam hari mereka memperoleh kekuatan untuk memanjangkan leher mereka. Mereka juga mampu mengubah wajahnya menyerupai oni supaya lebih menakutkan.
Menurut cerita rakyat, pada mulanya rokurokubi adalah manusia biasa yang kemudian menanggung hasil karma karena melanggar berbagai ajaran agama Buddha. Biasanya, sifat rokurokubi tersebut menyeramkan, memakan manusia atau meminum darah daripada hanya sekadar menakut-nakuti mereka. Rokurokubi seperti itu biasanya memiliki makanan kegemaran, misalnya manusia pria dewasa atau orang yang melanggar ajaran agama Buddha.
