Tim nasional sepak bola Singapura (bahasa Inggris: Singapore national football team, bahasa Melayu: Pasukan bola sepak kebangsaan Singapura, Hanzi: 新加坡國家足球隊, Tamil: சிங்கப்பூர் தேசிய கால்பந்து அணி) adalah tim nasional yang mewakili Singapura dalam kompetisi sepak bola internasional senior pria. Tim ini dikendalikan oleh Asosiasi Sepak Bola Singapura (bahasa Inggris: Football Association of Singapore, FAS), yang merupakan anggota FIFA dan juga anggota Konfederasi Sepak Bola Asia. Singapura dikenal dengan julukan The Lions (yang berarti singa).
Singapura belum pernah tampil dalam Piala Dunia FIFA. Pada tingkat regional, Singapura telah satu kali tampil dalam Piala Asia AFC, yakni pada tahun 1984. Pada tingkat Asia Tenggara, Singapura telah berhasil menjadi juara dalam empat edisi Kejuaraan AFF, yakni pada tahun 1998, 2004, 2007, dan 2012.
Rekor kemenangan terbesar Singapura dalam satu pertandingan adalah saat mengalahkan Laos dengan 11 gol tanpa balas dalam Kejuaraan AFF 2007.[6] 7 gol di antaranya dicetak oleh Mohd Noh Alam Shah.[6]
