Orang Filipina (Tagalog atau Filipino: Mga Pilipino) merupakan sekelompok orang yang tinggal di Filipina, salah satu negara yang terletak di Asia Tenggara. Ada sebanyak 104 juta orang Filipino tinggal di Filipina selebihnya sebanyak 11 juta orang tinggal di luar Filipina.
Ada sebanyak 180 bahasa digunakan di Filipina, kebanyakan mereka berbicara dalam rumpun bahasa Austronesia.[24] Kebanyakan mereka berbicara dalam bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa kedua apalagi ada bahasa-bahasa Filipino. Mayoritas orang Filipina beragama Kristen, dengan Islam sebagai agama minoritas di Mindanao. Karena pengaruh kolonial, kebudayaan Filipina diserap dari penjajah Spanyol, Amerika, dan kebudayaan asli.[25]
