I added the Neutrality NPOV tag because this text is the same as it was on all other langages of Wikipedia. It is issued from Rotary literature onto itself and pure propaganda. There are critics to address to Rotary. I am sorry, I cannot learn Indonesian in a short future. My native language is French. You can freely address your questions to [email protected]
