Papirus 6 (bahasa Inggris: Papyrus 6; dalam penomoran Gregory-Aland diberi kode ${\mathfrak {P}}$ ⁶; penomoran Von Soden ε 021) adalah sebuah naskah papirus kuno berisi bagian Perjanjian Baru dari Alkitab Kristen dalam bahasa Yunani dan bahasa Koptik (Akhmimik). Memuat potongan kitab Injil Yohanes, yaitu pasal 10:1-10 dalam bahasa Yunani dan bahasa Koptik. Selain itu juga memuat bagian dari Surat Yakobus dan Surat Klemens yang pertama, yang termasuk ke dalam kanon Perjanjian Baru pada Gereja Koptik. Berdasarkan paleografi diperkirakan tarikh naskah ini dari abad ke-4. Teks bahasa Yunani kodeks ini memuat sejumlah varian tekstual yang tidak lazim.

Pemerian

Ukuran halaman naskah asli kemungkinan adalah 28 cm x 15 cm. Menurut rekonstruksi, teks kodeks ini ditulis dalam satu kolom per halaman, 30 baris per halaman.^[1] Ditulis dalam gaya huruf uncial. Istilah nomina sacra ditulis dalam bentuk singkatan (ις̅, θυ̅).

Kodeks ini memuat teks Surat Klemens yang pertama dalam bahasa Koptik (dialek Akhmimik) pada 26 halaman pertama naskah. Halaman 27-90 tidak terlestarikan. Teks Surat Yakobus dalam bahasa Koptik termuat pada halaman 91-99, kemudian Injil Yohanes dalam bahasa Yunani dan bahasa Koptik pada halaman 100. Ada 25 halaman yang memuat sisa teks Surat Klemens dan satu halaman memuat Yakobus 1:1-12, tetapi ada pula 28 halaman yang tidak dapat dikenali isinya. Menurut Friedrich Rösch tidak terdapat cukup ruang untuk Surat Klemens yang kedua.^[2]

Hanya ada sekitar 200 fragmen kodeks ini yang terlestarikan.^[3] 15 fragmen dari empat lembaran asli memuat naskah Injil Yohanes dalam bahasa Yunani.

Naskah bahasa Yunani kodeks ini tergolong jenis teks Alexandria. Aland menempatkannya dalam Kategori II naskah Perjanjian Baru, karena memuat sejumlah bacaan yang tidak lazim.^[1]
