Nepenthes holdenii adalah spesies kantong semar dari barat Kamboja, di mana spesies ini tumbuh pada ketinggian 600-800 m di atas permukaan laut.[1][2] Spesies ini awalnya dikenal hanya dari dua puncak di Pegunungan Cardamom, tetapi penemuan populasi baru dilaporkan pada bulan Oktober 2011.[3]
