Pemindai 3D adalah sebuah perangkat yang menganalisis objek dunia nyata atau lingkungan untuk mengumpulkan data tentang bentuk dan mungkin penampilan (yaitu warna).
Data yang terkumpul kemudian dapat digunakan untuk membangun model tiga dimensi digital.
