Pemungutan suara rahasia adalah sebuah metode pemungutan suara di mana para pemilih dapat memberikan suara dalam sebuah pemilihan atau referendum secara anonim, untuk menghindari upaya seorang pemilih dipengaruhi dengan intimidasi dan jual-beli suara. Sistem tersebut adalah salah satu cara untuk mencapai tujuan privasi politik.
Pemungutan suara rahasia digunakan pada beberapa sistem pemungutan suara yang berbeda. Bentuk paling dasar adalah dengan menggunakan secarik kertas, di mana setiap pemilih hanya menuliskan pilihannya saja.
