Khālid bin Sa`īd bin al-As atau Khalid bin Sa`d bin al-`As al-Amawi (bahasa Arab: خالد بن سعيد) (wafat 634 M), adalah sahabat Nabi Muhammad SAW.
Beliau masuk Islam Sekitar tahun 613 M bersama saudaranya, Khalid bin Walid.[1] Beliau hijrah ke Abessinia bersama istrinya, Hamaniya,[1] Beliau dikenal sebagai salah seorang sahabat dari kaum Muhajirin.[2] Pada tahun 634 M beliau menikahi Ummi Hakim. Pada petang di tengah perang Marj al-Saffar, beliau terbunuh.[3]
